Paper Dress Designing - Who says newspapers are meant just for reading?

Rules: 1.) One of the participant will be the model and other three will design a dress for                   him/her.
            2.) Newspapers, magazines will be provided.
            3.) Participants have to get their own joining materials such as gum, stapler etc.
            4.) No vulgarity is allowed.
            5.) The model has to walk in front of the judges for testing the comfort.

Judging Criteria (in preference) :

Feasibility of design, comfort, accessories such as tie, headgears, shoes et al.

Participants : 4 per team, 1 team per college.
