Newspaper Collage - Tearing newspapers can sometimes give amazing results.

Rules: 1.) Collage must be two dimensional.
            2.) Use of black ink is not allowed.

Newspapers & gum will be provided.
Theme will be given at the venue.

Participants : 3 per team, 1 team per college.
